Offer is subject to availability and the terms stated herein. Reservations must be booked at Conrad Punta de Mita under the Mexican Resident Rate. Offer is valid for new reservations only and is available exclusively to residents of Mexico. A valid official Mexican identification or proof of residency must be presented at check-in. If valid residency documentation is not provided, the resort reserves the right to adjust the rate to the Best Available Rate in effect at the time of stay.
Rates & Taxes
Rates start at $6200 MXN per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy, and vary by travel dates, room type, and availability. Unless otherwise noted, quoted rates exclude taxes, resort fees if applicable, gratuities, and incidental charges.
Inclusions
Offer includes daily buffet breakfast for registered guests. Offer also includes 20% off food and beverage at participating outlets and 20% off spa treatments, excluding salon services. Discounts are not valid toward taxes, gratuities, service charges, retail items, special events, holiday programming, or any other excluded items as determined by the resort. Late checkout is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Children 12 and under enjoy one complimentary dish from the kids’ menu when accompanied by a paying adult purchasing a main course, available only at Codex, Mezquite, Arbol, and Paleta. This benefit does not apply to in-room dining, special menus, or special events, including Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Dinner, and New Year’s Eve Dinner. Guests ages 4 to 12 enjoy complimentary access to Turi Kids Club each night of their stay, subject to availability. Advance reservations are recommended. Applicable to leisure guests only. Not valid for groups.
