With up to 45,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, Conrad Punta de Mita offers a flexible collection of venues for productive sessions, elevated receptions, and memorable gatherings by the sea. From the 9,823 sq. ft. Tukipa Ballroom and the 2,832 sq. ft. Xiriki Meeting Rooms A and B to open-air settings such as Beach Lawn, which can be expanded with Mezquite for a combined footprint of 11,000 sq. ft., and Haramara Lawn at 11,310 sq. ft., each space is supported by thoughtful service, a strong sense of place, and the refined coastal setting that helps every program feel intentional from start to finish.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Offer is subject to availability and the terms stated herein. A minimum stay of two (2) nights and a minimum of ten (10) rooms are required for groups booked under the Conrad Punta de Mita Summer Meetings by the Sea offer. Offer is valid for new group programs held from March 1 through December 31, 2026, and must be confirmed between March 1 and April 30, 2026.
Dining Inclusions
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner inclusions apply only during designated meal periods and at participating outlets, specifically Arbol Restaurant, Paleta, Mezquite, and Codex Restaurant, as determined by the resort. Menu selection, service format, meal timing, and restaurant availability are subject to operational conditions. Meals are offered at leisure within participating restaurants.
Open Bar Upgrade
The Premium open bar upgrade is available for up to twelve (12) consecutive hours and must conclude no later than 11:00 p.m. This benefit applies only to qualifying private group events contracted under this promotion and remains subject to resort service standards, licensing requirements, and operational policies.
Meeting & Event Benefits
Complimentary meeting room rental and complimentary Wi-Fi apply only to qualifying group programs confirmed under this offer. Working sessions include one basic coffee break for up to eight (8) hours per day, subject to the final program schedule. Chef’s selection complements for morning and afternoon coffee breaks, six (6) canapés per person for the welcome cocktail, and one daily poolside snack bar for up to two (2) hours, scheduled in either the morning or afternoon, are included as part of the contracted program. The 2 for 1 private event setup benefit applies exclusively to qualifying outdoor functions held in participating venues and is subject to venue availability, weather conditions, resort approval, and operational requirements. Outdoor event setup pricing is based on $20 USD, plus 16% VAT and 18% service charge.
Commission and Rebate
A 10% commission applies to eligible room nights and meal plan revenue, before taxes. Commission does not apply to service charges, taxes, incidentals, third-party services, or non-commissionable components as determined by the resort. A 15% rebate to the master account applies to eligible contracted revenue and will be reflected in accordance with the final signed group agreement and resort policy.
Rates, Availability & Restrictions
Rates are quoted per person, in single or double occupancy, and include applicable taxes and services. Offer is not valid on existing reservations, previously contracted groups, or in combination with other promotions, concessions, discounts, packages, or negotiated rates. Blackout dates may apply. All inclusions, venues, event components, and restaurant participation are subject to availability and may vary based on final program details.
