TERMS & CONDITIONS
Offer is subject to availability and the terms stated herein. This exclusive wedding offer is valid for new wedding bookings held at Conrad Punta de Mita between January 1 and December 31, 2026. All benefits, inclusions, and promotional elements must be confirmed in the final signed agreement.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum contracted revenue of $50,000 USD is required in guestrooms and food and beverage. To maintain contracted group terms, a minimum of eighty percent (80%) of the group’s attendees must be accommodated at the resort. This promotion applies only to new inquiries and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, concession, or group promotion.
Air Credit
The $200 USD air credit will be issued to the wedding couple as a resort credit upon arrival and may be used toward eligible incidental charges. Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and any unused portion will be forfeited upon checkout.
Suite Upgrade
A suite upgrade for the wedding couple is included, subject to availability at the time of booking and contract confirmation. This benefit applies only to the couple and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for any other service.
Wedding Attire Steaming
Offer includes steaming for one (1) wedding dress and one (1) suit. Additional steaming services may be arranged at an extra cost and are subject to resort pricing and availability.
Welcome Cocktail Hour
Offer includes one (1) welcome cocktail hour featuring house Margaritas and one (1) mariachi performance of up to forty-five (45) minutes with five (5) musicians. The event must take place during the group’s stay and must be coordinated through the resort’s wedding department. Final timing, location, and service details are subject to operational availability.
String Lights Discount
A fifty percent (50%) discount applies exclusively to the resort’s in-house string light packages. Discount is not valid toward custom lighting installations, third-party rentals, or external vendor services.
Fireworks Reward
One (1) minute of fireworks is included when combined contracted revenue from guestrooms and food and beverage reaches $70,000 USD, before taxes and service charges. Additional fireworks time may be purchased at prevailing rates. Fireworks are subject to government permits, weather conditions, and local regulations. In the event permits are not granted or fireworks cannot be executed for reasons beyond the resort’s control, the hotel will provide an alternative amenity of comparable value.
Anniversary Stay Certificate
Offer includes one (1) two-night stay certificate for the wedding couple at either Conrad Punta de Mita or Hilton Los Cabos. Blackout dates and additional restrictions may apply. Certificate is valid for twelve (12) months from the wedding date, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
