TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This exclusive offer is valid for new wedding bookings made between November 27, 2025, and February 28, 2026, for weddings taking place anytime in 2026 at Conrad Punta de Mita.

Minimum Requirements

A minimum contracted revenue of $50,000 is required in guestrooms and food & beverage.
A minimum of eighty percent (80%) of the group’s attendees must be housed at the Resort to maintain contracted group terms.
Promotion applies only to new inquiries and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or group promotion.

Air Credit

The $200 USD air credit is issued as a resort credit upon arrival and may be used toward incidentals.
Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and unused amounts are forfeited at checkout.

Suite Upgrade

The guaranteed suite upgrade applies to the wedding couple only
Subject to availability at time of booking.

Wedding Attire Steaming

Includes steaming for one wedding dress and one suit.
Additional steaming services available at an extra cost.

Welcome Cocktail Hour

Includes a one-hour event with house Margaritas and Mariachi (45 min set with 5 musicians) performance.
Event must take place during the group’s stay and be coordinated through the wedding department.

String Lights Discount

50% discount applies exclusively to the hotel’s in-house string light packages.

Vendor Discount

10% discount applies only to approved in-house wedding vendors listed by the hotel.
External vendors are not eligible.

Fireworks Reward

One minute of fireworks is included when the combined contracted revenue from rooms and food & beverage reaches $50,000 USD before taxes and service charges.
Additional fireworks time may be purchased at standard rates.
Fireworks are subject to government permits and local regulations; in rare cases where permits are not granted, the hotel will offer an alternative amenity of equal value.

Anniversary Stay Certificate

Includes a two-night stay for the wedding couple at either Hilton Los Cabos or Conrad Punta de Mita.
Blackout dates and restrictions apply.
Certificate is valid for 12 months after the wedding date and is non-transferable, with no cash value.
