From the 9,823 sq. ft. Tukipa Ballroom and the 2,832 sq. ft. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Offer is subject to availability and the terms stated herein. A minimum three-night stay and a minimum of ten (10) rooms are required for groups booked under the Midweek, More to Experience offer. Offer is valid for new group bookings only, confirmed within the applicable promotional booking window, for qualifying midweek stays during the designated travel period.
Reception Inclusion
Complimentary one (1) hour reception applies to one hosted event per qualifying group booking. Final inclusions, menu details, venue, and service format are subject to resort confirmation and operational availability.
VIP Concierge & Transfers
Complimentary Compadre concierge assistance applies for up to five (5) VIP guests, regardless of room type, and may be assigned at the planner’s discretion. Complimentary airport transfers also apply for up to five (5) VIP guests and are subject to advance coordination, resort scheduling, and operational policies.
Commission & Rebate
Offer includes 10% commission plus 5% rebate to the master account. Commission applies to eligible room revenue before taxes. The rebate applies to the master account only and is subject to qualifying revenue and final contractual terms. Commission and rebate do not apply to service charges, taxes, incidentals, third-party services, or non-commissionable components as determined by the resort.
