Your Festive Stay Could Come With $2,500 More
Book a qualifying new reservation between October 29 and November 5, 2026 for a stay between December 19, 2026 and January 3, 2027, and you could receive an additional $2,500 Credit. The credit will be applied toward the winner’s final bill for the qualifying stay and is not applicable toward taxes or service fees. Additional eligibility requirements apply. The selected winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days following the end of the promotion.
Important Booking Information
The Festive Flash Sale is available exclusively for new reservations made during the promotional booking window and cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations.
Existing reservations may not be canceled and rebooked solely to obtain the promotional rate, resort credit, or additional promotional benefits. All reservations remain subject to the applicable cancellation policy and eligibility requirements.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Festive Flash Sale
Offer is subject to availability and the terms stated herein. The Festive Flash Sale is valid for new reservations only booked between October 29 and November 5, 2026 under the Capture the Moment promotion using SRP code FESTIV. The offer may not be applied retroactively to reservations booked prior to the promotional booking window.
Qualifying Stay Dates
The Capture the Moment / FESTIV offer is valid for qualifying stays from November 22 through November 30, 2026 and from December 14, 2026 through January 10, 2027. A minimum stay of four (4) consecutive nights is required.
Offer Benefits
Qualifying new reservations receive 20% off the applicable room rate and one (1) $500 USD resort credit per qualifying stay. The $500 USD resort credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, must be used during the qualifying stay, and is subject to participating outlets, services, resort operating policies, and any applicable restrictions.
Existing Reservations & Rebooking Restrictions
The Festive Flash Sale is not valid on existing reservations and may not be retroactively applied to a previously confirmed booking. Existing reservations may not be canceled and rebooked under the Festive Flash Sale solely for the purpose of obtaining the promotional rate, $500 USD resort credit, Festive Giveaway eligibility, or other additional promotional benefits. All reservations and cancellations remain subject to the applicable cancellation policy and hotel terms.
Back-to-Back Reservations
The $500 USD resort credit is limited to one (1) credit per qualifying stay. Consecutive or back-to-back reservations by the same guest, guests traveling together, or reservations otherwise determined by the hotel to constitute a single continuous stay will be treated as one stay for purposes of this promotion. Splitting a continuous stay into multiple reservations does not create eligibility for multiple $500 USD resort credits or additional promotional benefits.
Festive Giveaway Eligibility
The Festive Giveaway has a more limited qualifying stay period than the Festive Flash Sale. To be eligible for the giveaway, a new reservation must be booked between October 29 and November 5, 2026 using the Capture the Moment promotion / SRP code FESTIV and must include a minimum stay of four (4) consecutive nights with qualifying stay dates between December 19, 2026 and January 3, 2027. Reservations outside these dates may qualify for the Festive Flash Sale benefits but will not qualify for the Festive Giveaway.
Festive Giveaway Prize
One selected winner will receive a $2,500 Credit. The credit will be applied toward the winner’s final bill for the qualifying stay. The credit is not applicable toward taxes or service fees, is not redeemable or payable in cash, and is subject to the official promotion terms and applicable hotel policies.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected from all eligible qualifying reservations following the close of the promotion on November 5, 2026. The selected winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days following the end of the promotion. The winner must acknowledge the notification within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to respond within that period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
Rates & Restrictions
Rates and availability vary by stay dates and room type. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy and exclude taxes, gratuities, incidental charges, and resort fees, if applicable. Offer and giveaway are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, blackout dates, applicable Hilton and hotel policies, and any additional restrictions stated in the official terms and conditions.
The promotion may not be combined with other select promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly permitted. Conrad Punta de Mita reserves the right to verify reservation and giveaway eligibility and to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion in accordance with applicable terms and policies.
