TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Offer subject to availability at participating hotels within the Hilton portfolio for stays booked between November 5, 2025, and December 15, 2025. Stays must be completed between November 12, 2025, and April 6, 2026. For Fly to Resorts properties, stays must be completed between November 12, 2025, and September 7, 2026.
This offer is subject to the details herein and each participating hotel’s booking terms and conditions. A minimum of seven (7) days advance reservation is required.
The offer provides a discount of up to 20% off the Best Available Rate (“BAR”) or Flexible Rate at Full Service, Luxury, and Lifestyle brand hotels. The offer provides up to 25% off the BAR or Flexible Rate at Focused Service, Suites, and Extended Stay brand hotels. The BAR is a specific rate type that varies depending on the hotel, brand, and time of purchase; it is unrestricted, non-qualified, and excludes discount or negotiated rates.
Cancellation Policy: A 21-day cancellation is required from the time of booking. Bookings not canceled within twenty-one (21) days are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the first night’s stay.
Length of Stay Exclusions: Not available for stays of thirteen (13) nights or longer at Homewood, Home2, or LivSmart brands.
Rate Details: Price applies only to the exact dates, nights, and stay booked. Early departure fees may apply and vary by hotel. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy, and exclude taxes, gratuities, incidentals, and any mandatory or resort fees (if applicable). Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply and vary by hotel. Please check with your selected hotel at the time of booking for specific conditions. Rates vary by hotel and travel dates selected. Participating hotels are subject to change without notice.
Restrictions: Not valid on existing reservations or group bookings and may not be combined with other select promotions, discounts, or offers. Offer components are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied to future stays.

Extensions: Additional nights require a new reservation, subject to availability and prevailing rates. This promotional rate will not apply to extended stays.
