TERMS & CONDITIONS
Offer is subject to availability and the terms stated herein. This exclusive Memorial Day Wedding Weekend offer is valid for new wedding bookings held at Conrad Punta de Mita from May 21 through May 26, 2026. All benefits, inclusions, and promotional elements must be confirmed in the final signed agreement.
Booking Eligibility
This promotion applies only to new wedding bookings and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, concession, or wedding promotion. Wedding date, venues, guestroom accommodations, and related services are subject to availability at the time of contracting.
Oceanview Penthouse Suite Upgrade
A complimentary Oceanview Penthouse Suite upgrade for the wedding couple is included for up to three (3) nights, subject to availability and applicable minimum spend requirements as determined by the resort. This benefit applies only to the couple, must be confirmed in the final signed agreement, and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for any other service.
Welcome Cocktail
Offer includes one (1) hosted Welcome Cocktail for up to fifty (50) guests, featuring a chef-curated menu and select hosted bar including beer, wine, and chef’s choice selections. Final menu, service format, timing, and venue are subject to resort approval and operational availability.
Master Account Credit
A 5% credit to the master account applies to eligible guestroom revenue generated as part of the contracted wedding program, subject to applicable minimum spend requirements and final contract terms. Credit does not apply to taxes, service charges, incidentals, third-party services, or non-qualifying revenue, unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.
Venue Fee Waiver
The venue fee will be waived for one (1) ceremony or reception location at Mezquite. This benefit applies to one qualifying event only and is subject to venue availability, resort approval, weather conditions, and final program details. Additional venue fees, setup costs, décor, rentals, and related services are not included unless expressly stated in the final contract.
Spa Savings
A 25% savings applies to eligible spa services for members of the wedding party. Discount applies only to participating treatments at the resort spa, is subject to availability, and may not be combined with other spa promotions or discounts.
Couple’s Massage
Offer includes one (1) complimentary couple’s massage for the wedding couple, subject to spa availability and advance scheduling. This benefit has no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged.
Wedding Coordinator
A dedicated Wedding Coordinator is included for the wedding weekend to support planning and on-property event coordination, as outlined in the final signed agreement. Scope of coordination services is subject to resort policy and program details.
Getting Ready Breakfast Experience
Offer includes one (1) exclusive in-room Getting Ready breakfast experience for up to eight (8) guests. Menu selection, delivery timing, and service style are subject to operational availability and final coordination with the resort team.
Rates, Availability & Restrictions
All offer elements are subject to availability and must be confirmed in the final signed agreement. Benefits marked as subject to availability and minimum spend requirements will be honored only when qualifying thresholds are met, as determined by the resort and reflected in the executed contract. Blackout restrictions may apply to specific venues, services, or accommodations.
