This year’s lineup features top talent from Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil, and local Punta Mita chefs, each showcasing the rich traditions and bold flavors of their regions through live fire cooking and immersive culinary experiences.

Chef Christian Guarrina

An Argentine based in Chile for 20 years, turned his passion for fire into Fire, a company specializing in outdoor kitchens. In 2020, he launched Fire Experience, collaborating with top Chilean chefs to elevate live-fire cooking through exclusive events and immersive culinary experiences. From Chile. Chef Darío Brugnoni
